The Inn at Essex is a charming 120-room country hotel set on 18 beautiful acres with a picturesque Vermont setting. Each of the Inn's restaurants - Butler's and The Tavern offer gourmet cuisine prepared by 190 chefs and students of the acclaimed New England Culinary Institute. Butler's features gourmet American Cuisine while The Tavern features Casual American Fare.
